In a cookie cutter video game world where most titles are produced by big $$ developers to appease the masses, a game like this really stands out. Its a Metroid-vania style adventure with some RPG elements, some puzzle solving, and lots of challenging fun. It really has some depth, and its been a joy to play. I can see some Prince of Persia influence here, but don't let that fool you, there is far more involved with this one. The graphics somehow manage to have a modern Atari look to them. Don't expect modern visuals here, but a retro experience that has some modern flair and some very cool looking environments to boot. I'm not finished with the game yet, but from the 4 hours I've played so far, I can definitely recommend it at the price point!
