7800X3D + 4080Super Ultra Settings in 1440p and it has Stutter Hick Ups from Hell. I mean, the system should handle this game easy. Menu is smooth, Game play runs between 120fps and 0,5 Fps and Cutscenes even Slow down up to Freeze. Could not get past the Janitor after 5 minutes into the Game.
