SWAT 4 is still one of the best games I've ever played and I've played easily over 1,000 games with countless hours. SWAT 4 still holds up as a great tactical shooter with a near endless challenge per map (enemy locations change each time). Back in the day it was a great online game but too bad it's inactive. The single player is still top tier. I highly recommend, don't even wait for a sale, it's worth every penny.
