It's like the first but better.
I'm roughly 25 years older than I was when I first played this but it's still fun even if it's clearly dated. The graphics are cartoonish but distinct. The music and sound effects are excellent. I'm no RTS expert so I can't speak too much about the playability but considering its age, it's probably not as good as more modern RTS games.
