It's very nice that GOG removed DRM and gave us the game as it should have been. It's a shame, however, that 4A Games did what every AAA gaming company does these days and just released a game full of bugs that they never bothered to address or fix. A great example is the game-breaking bug in the Caspian Sea level where the AI breaks and won't boost you up into a cave, forcing you to restart the whole chapter.
So, the game works, at least. It still crashes to desktop every now and then but at least I get to play it unlike the Steam version which simply doesn't work at all. A quick question for the community, though. How can I update it to 1.2.1? The game that is installed by the GoG installer is at version 1.1.1.6156
