Guild is unique. Anno and Sims combined. I'm having great fun even after 200 hours, great game to chill out. There is still room for improvement in terms of UI. I would like to be able to assign building or characters to numbers, so I don't have to look for them im family tree or business list. Also - characters can't exchange stuff outside home - you need to get them both to a building to exchange items, but other than this game is great.
