Interstellar Space: Genesis

Enjoyable 4X Game

I really like the turn based functionality. I'm engrossed in the gameplay. Good so far.

Cyberpunk 2077

Massive Modding & Replay Value

I purchased the game and first played it in update version 1.31 I played over 80 hours now, completed the main quest line once. I can say this plays great offline I can say i've only had the game crash maybe 3 or 4 times in 80 hours - The crashes I had appeared to be mostly due to certain dialogue transitions on certain quests. The game runs very well on max settings (maybe with some shadow options turned down) at 4k resolution on my vega64 gpu / 3950x cpu / 64g 4ghz ram / m.2 ssd or 7200rpm hdd (did notice some slow texture fill like when you turn around but game does not lag out that i noticed with hdd, also there is even a game setting to toggle certain loading styles for people on hdd) The game is quite modabble and I enjoy the fact that mods like CyberMod offer so much replay value. I can honestly say I would purchase again or purchase the official mod tools if they're ever released. IMO that is the only feature left that I could hope for, since imho 1.31 has little to no bugs and great storyline. I thoroughly recommend this game in the current version of 1.31

EVERSPACE™ Deluxe Edition Upgrade

Thank you for choosing GOG

I'll buy on principle, because GOG titles come with games I can play without logging in to a DRM platform. The extras are extra tips that we, as patrons, may enjoy supporting. I don't mind this.

Per Aspera Deluxe Edition

Works great on Fedora 33 via Wine/Lutris

I have to say this is a very tedius resource management game, but it is cute and I just blinked away a couple hours without really realizing. It's fun. The only thing I noticed was a small lag periodically that reminded me of a save game lag, but I believe it might have to do with the fact that im still using Fedora's drivers for my Vega64 vs proprietary. I'm using Wine 6.0 (all packages for x86_64 / i686. Though when running Wine it says 6.0.rc5, but im looking at the package manager that I used to install all the additional 6.0 packages and rc5 is not installed. To install the downloaded game installer file in my Fedora I opened a file browser to the C drive that Wine made and dragged and dropped the installer files to C. Then I just double clicked on the installer and Wine did the rest. Works with or without Lutris for me. Though, in Lutris, I remember there was a game that didn't work at some point until I unchecked an option to prefer system libraries. There's a few nifty settings there. Thank you for a great game. I'm enjoying it. Makes me feel like Mars is a lot smaller than I thought.

Surviving Mars

Hasty purchase but I'll give it a chance

Other reviewers have mentioned EULA's. I'm not afraid of a EULA as long as it runs offline. Mods on steam workshop can stay on workshop. If none are on nexusmods then we can make our own. I'm thankful the 'devs' were considerate enough to program a linux version of the game. Thank you. For everyone else who is dissatisfied: https://www.gog.com/game/per_aspera_deluxe_edition this seems like a much more indepth mars simulator, except im not sure about mods or emulation on linux and it's not as pretty. Happy New Year!
