As others have said, appears to be a bug getting this game As far as I can tell, this stops you from buying it if you don't have the Witcher, the Wild Hunt . And this appears to mean specifically the original game. If you own the complete edition as I do, it does not count. I would have to further buy the standard edition of the original game in order to get this DLC. Reckon this would be an easy fix and the DLC itself itself sounds really cool! Or, are we dumb and all of this stuff is already included in the complete edition? Doesn't seem clear to me. Hence I won't give 1 star to a 4.9/5 rated dlc that I haven't played, but 3 stars
