Singularity™

Frustrated

Didn’t finish the game. Too frustrating. Some comments: Gameplay elements such as TMD powers are not fun to use. Hate the checkpoint system. Have to hold aim, no toggle. Only one savegame, can’t backtrack if you make a mistake. Had to download savegames from other people to undo a critical mistake! Can’t change difficulty, have to start a new game! Melee attacks from enemies roots me in place, which means I die every time I’m too close to them :( A game where one dies like a fly, with extreme difficulty spikes making the game frustratingly difficult :( On the good side is the story and the horror atmosphere of the game. :)

Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War

Good game, with crazy expensive DLC’s.

Good game, but didn’t finish it, since Zephon (The Sequel) has come out. And I don’t want to purchase all the crazy expensive DLC’s for the game. Because I can buy 10 games on sale for the price of the DLC’s!! Don't like that Hero units are not unique, one can build until resource cap, which I don’t like. I like them unique. Otherwise they are just another unit. Just more powerful. Was looking for a game like Civilization. The combat is better in Gladius, and the base building is ok. Gladius maybe has a 90% focus on combat. A lot more than Civ. But wanted more of the building part and there’s not much to do on the map except combat. I miss HOMM, where there are many things to interact with on the map. Would have liked to play more despite the small shortcommings. But those DLC prices and insane amounts of them ruined it for me. Am so old, that I can remember how much content the base games had in them 20+ years ago. Now one has to buy half or more of the games as DLC’s. Crappy and creedy industry is has become.

Necromunda: Hired Gun

Frustrating Game

Crazy difficult and too fast paced for an old person like me. Does have very good old Doom style map designs. But enemies are hard to hit bacause of rather small hit boxes. And they are just normal humanoids, so no horror or cool factor in the game for my taste :( Necro has the annoying screen shake effects, when ones char gets hit. Making it too difficult to see anything and hit them back. Which ruins shooter game for me as always. The game has the most annoying sound loop of shouting characters, I’ve ever heard. It’s driving me nuts :(

Daymare: 1998

Crap game. Stay away!

Character movement feels really sluggish and unresponsive. Do not like controlling the char, which ruins the base enjoyment off the game. Get some big FPS drops often. Otherwise it runs fine. Die all the time because off no ammo, and melee attack is very difficult to pull off before enemies eat you. Frustrating game.
