Simon 3D is difficult to judge. Cranking up your modern graphics card's settings will definitely help (though I had some z-fighting with buildings constantly). After getting around a bit/getting used to and stopping being overwhelmed by the huge game environment it gets easier und you will find some ingenious and witty stuff in there. Simon's puberal attitude will sometimes get on your nerves. There is also one or the other puzzle and minigame that is unfair/hard; yet I just finished the game with with two or three hints. Save often, EXE crashed one time or the other on me. This is a long game if you take it seriously. If your clueless take a break and continue the next or the other day with a fresh mind. Often things will come to you and don't hesitate trying to combine things even if Simon says otherwise ;-) And yes, the main reason why I'm writing this: The game IS completable despite another posting. Scroll down, hard to say anything without spoiling everything. If you've played the first two parts you'll probably want to play it anyway despite some shortcomings. I wanted to know what became of Simon and how that affects the sequels before me. If you havent' played 1 and 2 rather don't touch this. Well I could only imagine one showstopper regarding the completion: If you had no optical drive at all ... but if you have, it doesn't matter WHAT you eject! I have two drives, Win10 Creators, i7 and GTX 1070 - pretty modern, just finished successfully. But as always with hardware/software combinations your mileage may vary.
