Not only does it feel a bit like cheating (unless the game's design was around the expectation of this DLC, which would be it's own issue), but charging money for a skill point is pretty low. I support Frogwares and I'm glad the developers got the rights to this game back, but the only reason I even own this is because it came packaged with the "deluxe" edition along with more substation DLC. Please don't do this again. If I want to support you guys, I'd prefer to get things like 3D printing STL files for characters and beasties in your games rather than something like this.
The game itself? I can't recommend it at all, but the OST is pretty good. Not his best, but good enough. Unfortunately, GOG won't let you buy "DLC" unless you own the game, so for now I recommend getting the Steam version of the OST and ignoring the rest.
