I picked this game at a discount so it was $3 bucks and for that price, it's really not that bad. An alright story, characters are pretty cool, but both the endings are kinda meh. The boss selection is the worst part to me, where it's all 5 fights that are fight right to the final boss that's the most interesting. 6/10, not a terrible way to spend 3 bucks.

I am a big fan of Fallout 3, but could not get into new Vegas. It felt big and empty and maybe there was just burn out of playing it after a 100+ hour playthrough of Fallout 3 before trying it, but it felt like just walking through nothingness. I guess that's the point, but I didn't even *more* of it. I've only played roughly 9 hours at this point in Outer Worlds, but I'm infinately more invested in this world and can't wait to discover more, as well as find other companions that feel like they've got more to them than their particular skill. Obsidian has a bunch of banger games, and while I don't know if Outer Wilds was considered a "bad" game when it came out, it's certainly underrated.
