I never write reviews for anything but for Disco I'll make an exception: This game is a masterpiece and deserves all the praise. It truly blew me away. It takes inspiration from the Infinity Engine-games, but honestly - they are not that similar. Disco is more a visual novel with some adventure game elements than one of those titles. And that's what kind of threw me off in the beginning: I was expecting some talking, some fighting, some chilling. But Disco is ALL TALK ALL THE TIME. The talk NEVER EVER ENDS really. This is the most blabbermouth game I ever played, but the thing is: The writing is PHENOMENAL! Not just for a game but in general. It's The Grapes of Wrath of video games. Seriously. And on top of that is has such a destinct voice that it can never ever be replicated - probably not even by its own developers - without coming off like a cheap copy. But really: BE PREPARED TO READ A LOT! If you're not in the mood for reading (or listening to the voice acting, which makes the game feel like an audio book as so little is happening on the screen [the art direction is great, don't get me wrong]), skip it for now. Anywho- enough with the babbling (did Disco turn me into a babblemouth too?). Get the game! It's a contemporary classic. Folks will still talk about it 20 years from now - I know I will.
