I liked Heretic and loved Hexen I and Hexen II. The first two games got an unexpected remaster (with an additional new episode for Heretic). Thank you so much Nightdive, you are the best!
I played the classic gold box games in the 80s and 90s and they are among my all time favourite games. Since 2000 i designed 5 modules for FRUA and the toolbox holds up very well till today: it is a lot of work to design modules (some took me years) but also very rewarding. I finished my first run through and it wont be my last: Haemimont did finally break the spell of bad JA-Successors and did not only publish a terrific sequel but a very good game by all criteria. Highlight: The many mercs and the very good voice acting and the tactical fights. The strategic layer works, the inventory management is a bit rocky. Buy this game!
One of the best and most unique Games by Raven, top down shooter with a storyline. Thanks GOG for still releasing good old games!

One of the best Star Trek Games and one of the best Shooters of the early 00er Years is finally back: Thank you gog for bringing this classic (and the second part) finally back.
Last time i have finished the game was 2009, now i just wanted to look into the Remaster and played through it again. The Remaster is well done; better graphics, better controls, still the amazing soundtrack and sound design and three new, huge, and very well designed level. Shadow man is one of the best games of the late 90s and the Remaster is worth every penny.
