It's time to teach them the tenets of American democracy." Seriously though this game is so fun. I never played it when it came out, so I thought I would have a hard time learning how to play it. Actually, it's not too complicated. It reminds me of Euro Truck Simulator but you deliver bombs instead of cheese. The gameplay is tight, the graphics and aesthetically pleasing. Very much worth the $2 if you get it on sale.
