This port doesn't include any keyboard shortcuts, and has no controller support, making the game signifcantly harder to control than the Playstation version. While the game does run, at least on Windows 10 64 bit, it can be picky about background processes. If you continue to have issues launching the game or missions try running Windows in Safe Mode using msconfig (search in your start menu) and selecting Safe Boot under the Boot tab. Adding controller support would be trivial and would greatly improve the experience, as the mouse controls are clunky and unintuitive.
