Its a fine game where there is suffient challenges presented to you, however it doesn't punish you much at all if you make a mistake. You have infinite resources and you can rebuild sections without losing any of your unlocked buildings. Graphics are simple, most of the fun I get from it, is from building layouts and routes and examining what i have done for congestion or efficiency. I play it as a chill game alongside listening to podcasts.
I had never heard of this game before but after seeing in on offer and watching some gameplay, I purchased it out of interest. It's a great game, glad I get to play this now and it's quite addictive (just-one-more-turn). I doubt I will ever get to use the multiplayer part of the game (only played Warlords one so far) but I'm sure that is even more fun!
