The gameplay didn't change much in this one compared to the first two games. That's a good thing, since it already was pretty fun in the first place, so there wasn't any need to overhaul it completely. The story is entertaining and thrilling until the very end and it delivers a great conclusion to an overall fantastic storyline. If you're a fan of the first two games, then you shouldn't be hesitating to play this one, too. Of course, if you didn't enjoy the previous ones, then this title won't change your opinion about this series. But that probably wasn't the intention the developers had with this game, anyway.
The story of this game takes off exactly where the first one ended. Therefore it is in my opinion required, to play the first game before this one, otherwise you won't understand much of the story. Like its predecessor, this game has a great narrative that is set inside an interesting world. Throughout the game you have to make decisions that will massively change the outcome of the story. The battle system is also very well made. It is round-based and really challenging. It hasn't changed much from the first game, but that's not a problem, since it was already pretty good. If you enjoyed the first game, then you will like this one, too.
This game combines a deep, interesting story with a great combat system that is very challenging. Also, the art style and music is really good and improves the game's atmosphere a lot. During the story the player has to make a lot of decisions that influence the outcome of the game, which also gives it a good replay value. I recommend this game to anyone who likes games that focus on a strong narrative or just enjoys challenging round-based strategy titles.
