I purchased the original Full Throttle 30 years ago and had it on a DOS machine. Did not get to far into it back in the mid 1990's. Fast forward. When GOG offered the enhanced version that seemed like an easier way to play the game, so I bit and bought it. The graphics are WAY better than the original. That makes it a lot easier on the eyes. But what I did not remember from so long ago when I only got part way into the game in DOS is how frustrating the game can be. It just does not feel intuitive when you are trying to solve puzzles or the order in which you have to do things. The Demolition Derby is EXTREMELY painful. I almost threw in the towel trying to figure out how to get past it. Fortunately I found a cheat that is built into the game to get past this frustrating mess, SHIFT+V. I did manage to finish the game without giving up. This unlike many of my other classic games will not be one that I decide to play again.
I finally gave up on this game. Erratic mouse control within the game. Sometimes it would work to open a door or pick up an item, but most of the time it just wanted to punch everything, included the inanimate objects you wanted to read or pick up. That got old fast. One set up / options, you do not have mouse control. You have to arrow up / arrow down to get to different screen resolution or performance settings. To talk / interact with other characters, you cannot mouse click on the 3 or 4 responses your character is given. That would be too easy. Instead you have to use 0 for top response, 1, for next down response, 2, for next down response and 3 for last possible response to choose. Why? With all the GOOG GOG games in my library, life is too short to deal with these peculiarities. Game may be fun, but I'll never know, because the mechanics of the game were too off-putting. Will be uninstalling.
If this is DRM Free, then why 30 seconds into start up does Norton 360 warn me that it is trying to make outbound contact with a web page??? The web page name came and went too fast for me to read. But I did block the game in Norton from being to make outbound Internet connections. You should look into this GOG. I have not gotten too deep into the game yet, being focused on security issues. But what I have played, I have liked thus far.
I don't know if this game is any good or not. Lots of 5 star ratings. But not from me. This game came out in 2012, yet chose to "look 8 bit style" in their pixelated graphics. Yes, I am an old DOS gamer, but I don't "relish" those clunky graphics in Quest For Glory 1-3 or Freddie Frakas Frontier Pharmacist. The decision to "give it a retro look" made me give up on it after about 30 minutes of eye agony. I can deal with low rez graphics on games from a bygone era, but not from someone trying to be "cute" in 2012. Relegated it to my "tried it out, terrible low rez, uninstalled folder. Might be a great game, but I did not stick around long enough to torture my eyes and find out.

This is NOT why I and a lot of true gamers are here on GOG. I hope this ill thought out idea to bring this crap to GOG is short lived. I wish one could give ZERO stars.
I really don't know if I like it or not. Hard to tell if you cannot get the game to start up. Meet all system requirements. Running on Windows 10. 100% of the time it crashes once I click on start up icon. 100%.
I have The Great Race Pinball and Fantastic Journey Pinball. Bought them both here and had the originals as well. My concern about TimeShock Pinball is that the Windows version crashes on launch in Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. No such issue with the other two titles. The DOS version, which is also supplied, works, but runs at a max rez of 1024 x 728. I wanted to get this because GOG says "we now have the Windows version". My rating on the game is based upon my PAST experience with it in the 1990's, and not from playing the GOG version. Unlike others in this thread, I think both The Great Race and Fantastic Journey are better pinball games than this offering. I'd have to go research, but this game has the feeling like it was the first in the series. It is not nearly as polished as the other two.
