Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine - Master Crafted Edition

A Masterful Remaster.

This is based on a short playtime, so first impressions... I'm VERY impressed. I bought the original way back when and bought it again here last year, this is on another level, for me at least. Still the same great game, but vastly improved and still sooo much fun. :-D. If you love great gunplay & great melee combat, along with serious Orc slaughter, then you're gonna love this. If you've played the original, lock & load. I doubt everyone will agree with me, but I spent my money and got the game I paid-for, so I'm more than happy :-). Now to continue crossing my fingers for Space Marine II ;-).

Head Over Heels

A Blast From The Past.

I suddenly feel very old playng this, I still remember playing the original on my Amstrad CPC 464 when I was a child. Feels a lot like the original, except I had to rebind the gamepad controls, to exactly what they were already set-to, they were a little twitchy initially, but the rebinding seems to have set them correctly ;-). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The game starts in a very small window, but that is easily corrected in Windows: Right-click the game shortcut and select 'Properties'. In 'Target', leave everything as it is, but put a space at the end and type -fullscreen. Click Ok (you may be prompted to authorise the alteration), then run the game... Problem solved. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Anyway, besides those small technical glitches, the game seem to run fine so far on Windows 11, with no issues with sound or graphics and it runs smoothly :-).

Near-Mage

Intriguing So Far...

Witty dialogue and intriguing story so far, I have to admit that I'm more than a little curious what lies ahead. Nice interface, nothing overcomplicating matters, or distracting. A pleasant mix :-). I'm more a fan of point & click in this kind of adventure, so I can't comment on other control features... Yet ;-). Music & graphics are good and remind me of some older adventure games I've played, I like that, nothing wrong with a classic feel to a new adventure. All in all, I'm enjoying this so far, looking foraward to discovering more :-).

Deliver At All Costs

This Is Nuts!

But sooo much fun :-D. Crazy game, with equally-crazy physics, huge oversteer on the cars, so trying not to smash everything around you... Good Luck :'-D. I really can't wait to see what this game has in-store for deliveries, gonna be one heck of a ride. Time to go, see if I can get-around a few corners without running someone over ;-P. This game is worth EVERY penny :-).

X4: Timelines Soundtrack

Fantastic!

I have all but one of the X4 Soundtracks now and all are superb, but I decided to review just this one, because it's my favourite (so far), especially "Age of Deceivers", what a track :-D. I'll be playing the full set of six soundtracks through my Studio Monitor speaker setup at the weekend... Can't wait to hear the TRUE quality :-). Hyperion Pack Soundtrack Wishlisted ;-).
