Myst Masterpiece Edition

Lots of fun!

Puzzling, but not too hard once you get into the swing of things. Atmospheric beyond belief. I actually recommend playing this with some friends, as it can be a real joy to get a bunch of people involved in the puzzle solving process. A legendary game that earns that title even now.

Baldur's Gate 3

Singleplayer games are alive and well.

After years of company execs saying that AAA singleplayer games "were not viable anymore", this game came out and shut them all up, taking the gaming landscape by storm. That's all that really needs to be said. Swen and the team did what couldn't be done and made Baldur's Gate 3. Not only did they make it, but they knocked it out of the park. From the gameplay and RPG systems to the writing and voice acting, it's all great. Highly reccomended

Saya no Uta ~ The Song of Saya Director's Cut

Deeply disturbing, hauntingly beautiful.

Not a game for the weak of heart, nor the weak of stomach. Those who can endure the near indescribable gore filled landscapes, and the often traumatic events happening to our characters, may just find a moving story about love, life, and self(ish/less)ness. Is there a Bad Ending in this game? Is there a Good Ending? Each player will probably have a different answer based on their own personal views. I won't say much more for danger of going into spoiler territory, but if you're looking for a visual novel to play for a couple sittings, and think you can handle the themes, I would highly encourage you to give this gem a go. You may not play it for long, but it will certainly stick with you for far longer than the playtime may suggest.
