When I looked at Discounty, I was unsure. I expected “Stardew Valley but worse.” But OMG, I was wrong. I love this game. I can’t stop playing. XD It’s not a farming game, no crops, no crafting. Instead, you’re running a supermarket, which I thought would be boring… but nope! The mini-games are fun, and you’re constantly redesigning your shop to make room for new products. You also need to work with vendors around town, selling their goods, advertising them, and building relationships to get better deals. BUT THE PLOT The town it’s kinda run-down: trash, rats, broken things, empty buildings... and there’s a mysterious, poisonous fog around the forest. Townsfolk are not exactly thrilled about your growing corporate franchise. The more you expand - the worse their reaction is. And your Aunt/Boss elbow way to the top without concerning their aversion. If you want a cozy-but-different sim for the weekend, I highly recommend giving Discounty a try!
