After a rough start this game became a true gem. Besides the rich main story there are so many side quests, not to mention all the 150+ police jobs and everything else. The dialogue is top notch, as is the voice acting. I've replayed this game several times and will replay it again!
Yes, there are glitches and crashes, but it's still well worth playing. The world is HUGE with a big number of quests. There is a lot of fun dialogue and the world-building is good. It's truly amazing for a free add-on.
