Orwell is a point-and-click with consistently sensical logic. You have a resevoir of information and can read it at any time to inform decisions on whether or not information about people is useable in an investigation about a bombing and surrounding people/events. The game sometimes resorts to circumstantial or coincidental reasoning to justify connections between two data points with no concrete evidence, but it's possible I am incorrect since the entire point of the player's role is to make decisions FOR the eponymous advanced program Orwell. Overall, I'd say Orwell is worth both a play and the full price.
