I get that they were going for 'oldschool' and 'challenging', but what you end up with is an unplayable, poorly-designed mess. Other reviews go into detail about the specifics-- the glaring mistake of the Stamina system, the "might as well reload" status effects, etc.-- and suffice to say I agree with them. You can cheat a character up to level 100 with endgame equipment and still end up punked by Act-1 enemies. Bonus badness: The English translation is kind of garbage. You'll understand what people are saying most of the time, but man oh man, be ready for some awkard syntax. The one saving grace is the concept and some of the quest design-- gathering evidence and conducting interrogations as an Inquisitor is a neat idea. The fact that you go about it by reading through reams and reams of awkwardly translated dialogue, most of which involves characters saying almost the exact same thing, keeps this from shining through. Well, that and the fact that you won't get to see much of it since you'll be too busy getting killed.
