For my own, it runs well (win 8.1) Anyway, that game is absurdly hard and frustrating once you reach mission 6. Even if you can success this mission, the troops remaining are ridiculous ... (is that possible to lose less than 10 men ???) The commands of the game are not optimal at all, add to this the akward pathfinding of your squads, and you'll just need hours and hours to master basics of how to play efficiency. Moreover, the luck seems to be the main cause of the good/bad issue of many battles. Frustrating :/
