After all the protracted wait and expectation it would be easy for Silk Song to be a disappointment, but if the delays were down to Team Cherry refining and polishing the game, they were well worth it.
Excellent combat and exploration/world design save what would otherwise feel like a so-so Blasphemous clone with rubbish plot and quest design. A shame the blend of Christianity, Steampunk, and Vapirism isn't used for much more than set dressing.
