If you like games that make you feel...get this one!
It is definitely a part of the series and has its own humor. The side missions and scene changes are also positive. Unfortunately, the finishers in close combat, for example, are rather a downgrade from the third part.
What can I say, it's a fresh idea and the combination of rogue-like and simulation meshes well. I caught myself getting into a tunnel after a bit of time a la "just quickly do this" and "but first do this". Plus the artstyle is wonderful (reminiscent of Dont Starve) and is kept dark to match the game.
This game is awesome! I love the dark nuances and the questlines are entertaining. But i understand when peoples say that its too grindy, because you often see youself in veery long crafting chains (you want to build an anvil, but first you need iron and iron ore is behind a broken bridge, so you need wooden planks but you need the crafting device first etc...) and thats why is say: Use mods! There is one named keepers needs and it adds for example a running function wich shortens the grind and makes the game perfect imo :)
I totally love it. It was the first game that got me crying because of how beatiful the story is.
Nice little game with interesting characters! I think if you rush it you can finish it within one night, but i personally take my time an i am about half way through after 4h. There is an endless mode, but its not really interesting. Altogether a relaxing game, that i very much enjoy :)
but now i miss the old optics. it was so wonderful comic like and it had charme. but now it looks like cheap 3d animation. Plus its hardcore p2w now. Sorry, i loved the idea, but now im out.
BUT its no worthy successor for the first game. I mean its a great adventure and i had tons of fun with the story, but its no riddle-driven Point and Click Adventure like TLJ. So if you played TLJ only for tricky riddles and this kind of gameplay, then you wont have much fun with this one. But if you liked the story of the first one and want to know what comes next then you should totally buy this game :)
Insgesamt habe ich 8 Stunden in dieses Spiel investiert, wobei ich denke wenn man kann es auch in 4 Stunden fertig bekommen. Nur lädt die Spielwelt echt dazu ein mal kurz inne zu halten und einfach zu beobachten. Ein sehr minimalistischer Stil, der trotzdem einen unglaublichen Charme hat :) Erwartet nur keine mega Story und Action und dann wird euch das Spiel mit Sicherheit zusagen.
Lasst euch nicht von den Bewertungen abschrecken, die resultieren daraus, dass irgendein Youtuber den Voice Actor gespielt hat für irgendeinen Charakter der im Endeffekt rausgepatcht wurder und jetzt sind Fanboys sauer. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein super tolles und liebevoll gestaltetes Game, dass jedem Fan von Platformern wie Crash Bandicoot und Ähnlichen sehr ans Herz zu legen ist. ------------------------------- Awesome Game.
