First of all, when I first launched the game, it would not let me right-click. I've spent some time trying to figure out what the problem was, and I ended up putting the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode (I'm using Windows 8.1) and in administrator mode, then it worked. Then when I finally entered the dungeon, I fought rats and skeletons... And died from hunger because I wanted to explore the WHOLE first floor... The second try, I died because I couldn't regen my health... And so on... Until that run where I met a lovely, deadly spider. And after that, there were also two runs with the very first door closed, I had to break it down. I eventually got a little better with the several runs (everyone should, technically speaking), learning from my mistakes and dashing to the next level instead of just running around in circles and taking risks in floors where I had already found the exit. But at some point, I had too much inventory, which made my character heavy and moving slowly. I dropped several useless pieces of equipment, and wanted to know if my warrior could learn a spell by reading a scroll. And I got teleported in an almost empty big room. I went through a door, saw a big baddie, got back into the room. I thought I could manage my inventory, and at that very moment the game unleashed a minotaur on me. Tried to exit by the door I had just seen, realized the Minotaur was coming from there (probably the big bad guy), tried to get to the door at the other end of the room, locked, tried to fight the Minotaur, died. So, overall, I think it's a pretty good dungeon-crawling game, pretty dark, pretty hard (I still get rektified by skeletons, also watch out for spiders). I still have to understand how to block properly though, and I think it might be a fun game in multiplayer (poor 8bit on the GOG Twitch stream though <insert Kappa here>), especially to explore the whole dungeon, not just a part of every floor. I might update this when I'll have played some more.
