The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY Edition

The BEST Elder Scrolls game to date

I have no nostalgia to this game, I have not played it when it came out. This game is the ultimate adventurer game, you just feel like an adventurer in an alian world doing adventures (yes this many adventure words YES). There is immersion, when you hear the silt striders in the distance, the fog which makes the whole Vvardenfell island so full of mystique. Later entries, like Oblivion and Skyrim are too shallow, the leveling system in those are trash or mid, and because of the level scaling you have no sense of character development. Not to mention the greatly written quests here. I have played Morrowind in 2019 the first time and it is the best elder scrolls game to date!

STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II - Mysteries of the Sith

Good to alright expansion to JKDF2

THis game is an expansion to Jedi Knight Dark Forces 2. If you want more Dark Forces 2, this is the game for you. Although it has some really retro, not so good design where to get forward you have to find very obtuse things. (like placing serwer bars which you have to cut through with your lightsaber in very dark corners, so you never find it if you play normally, you have to secret hunt basically.) It's not too bad but I had to use walkthroughs several times. The last 3 levels are great though and very immersive, dark and horroristic. The Sith Temple levels are great. You have few more force powers which are always fun, and alternate shooting for weapons. The story is alright. You are playing with Mara Jade and you have to rescue Kyle fro mthe dark side at the end, but the majority is like filler levels, nothing to talk about storywise. Again if you want more Dark Forces 2, you should try this one but be aware that the level design can be obtuse sometimes. Otherwise, gameplaywise it's great fun!

Fantastic Old School FPS

This a great game (and not my first playthrough). Although I played Outcast and Academy a lot more due to the game's age and mine, I dare say Dark Forces 2 may be a better FPS than those. As a Jedi sim (lightsaber combat, force powers) ofc the newer ones are outstanding but in the shooting.. this one takes the cake! And the levels are enormous! Sometimes a but hard to navigate but suprisingly managable. It's a must own to any FPS or Star Wars fans.

STAR WARS™: Rogue Squadron 3D

Superb game!

If you want a good Star Wars game or a good arcade space shooter this game is for you. The missions are awesome, they are very varied. You have escort, defense, destroy etc missions all changing up the gameplay. A map is usually fast, done in like 5-10 mins (rarely go to 15 mins). Controls are okay with a controller. It can be used if you disable compatibility on the .exe file. And it plays fine. (Due to it being a n64 game mainly it has a problem with only using 1 analogue stick but it's alright)

Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition

Best writing video games history??

This game blew me away! I started is a few times in the past decade but never got past a few hours in sadly. Don't know why, there's no particular reason to it. But I started it now and played through the whole damn thing, it was a MASTERPIECE... It's like playing a novel, reading a lot, and fighting a few times (compared to other titles), moving between NPC-s and interacting with every damn thing in the game, so you get a better picture about this awesome world. The ending hours are so heavy, I even cried a little, it was so beautiful, love it. The game even asks a few philosphical questions like "What can change the nature of a man?" or what's the purpose of life, every action we take in life has a consequence to it. Seriously, kudos to everybody who worked on this world and on this game. Definitely earns one of the best spots in video game history!
