The game is beautiful but it's basically unplayable for me as it crashes too many times. It's odd that this game is still sold in this state. Good parts of the game are that the graphics are very nice and the enemies are actually challenging and require you to change tactics to complete objectives. The negatives however are that it has poor optimization, the game crashes too many times and for some reason framerate is capped at fullscreen. The gunplay is also pretty whack. Unless you're ready to troubleshoot and fix the game-breaking bugs yourself, I advise not playing the game. Unfortunate!
Dusk combines fast paced gameplay with a dark horror environment and a retro look like it's from the 90s. The game consists of 3 episodes with each 10 missions, the first episode was meh but it does get better with episode 2 and especially 3. Episode 3 clearly has the most distinct missions out of them all and that made this episode the most entertaining. Missions are packed with enemies, each enemy is different and sometimes requires you to switch weapons to kill them. Boss fights are in the game but they just play like a bullet sponge (except for the final!) and don't really require any strategy to beat them. One silly thing about this game is that this evil voice you hear through the game sounds like a 13 year old trying to have a deep voice Overall a solid game, it's worth playing!
