Funny and full of references to its predecessor and to pop culture, it's amusing and challenging. Simon is more jerk-ish than before, but still. The animation could be a bit less clunky, but that's the classic charm.
A lot of fun, I've barely started and the whole worldbuilding is awesome, the designs are spooky and the chance of choosing if I am compassionate or selfish gives it a great touch. Enjoying it a lot.
Unless you're really uncomfortable with the hell imagery, you will find no fault on this entry on the series. Ignore the reboot and come here to once again have a superpowered GTA where the craze is part of its very essence.
