Game mechanics are woefully bad. I had enough at around the halfway point. As with all good sims, there are lots and lots of moving parts to keep up with, but in Theme Hospital there is a distinct clunkiness involved, along with very faulty triggers, and game logic that just simply doesn't work properly. There are much better Bullfrog games that haven't aged out yet.
