This game absolutely blew me away! I'd never been interested in point-and-click adventure games before, but something about Primordia seemed... special. I am so glad I took a chance on it. The art is drop-dead gorgeous. In a world full of ultra-realistic 3D graphics, it's nice to see a game unapologetically embracing a painted pixellated canvas. The characters, for the most part, are interesting and engaging (although I must admit Crispin's ceaseless chatter could grow a tad tiresome). I finished the game really wanting to know more about Horatio! The story is slightly predictable, but nonetheless quite engaging. The fictional universe the game takes place in is one of the most intriguing settings I've seen in a video game; I would absolutely love to see more games explore the world more! At the end of the day, Primordia is great. It's shorter length and numerous little quirks keep me from giving it a full 5 stars (which isn't really saying anything), so I'd have to give it four and a half. I thoroughly recommend this game!
