Its good fun, a mixture of DOOM gameplay and jank. Others have complained of game breaking bugs, but for me they have been minimal, with frame rate drops much better since the update. Iv had plenty of fun, found it comfy. The aesthetic for the game is exellent. I would probably not recommend it for people not into 40K, but for those who are, I can recommend it.
You will need a few mods for controls and the mouse to play on PC properly, byt they are easy to find
