This is a boring, repetitive side-scroller, nothing more, nothing less. Maybe it becomes more intersting later, but about 15 minutes of this was all that I could take before uninstalling it. Glad that I only paid $9.99 for it. If I could take a refund I would, even for that amount. Some people might like this type of game, but not me.
This was my second favorite Ultima title, second only to Ultima VII. And it's free! I didn't know if I'd ever get to play this again. I remember how gratifying it was when I finally...Oh, well, nevermind. Don't want to give any spoilers.
So glad to see this game available on GOG. This was a great game, some really tough missions. I still have my original disks, couldn't get it to run properly on my new machine and really, really wanted to finish it. Now I can. Thanks, GOG!
I love a good helo sim, and this was one of the best. I've really missed it since I moved to XP and then to Vista and couldn't get it to run on those platforms. I'm so glad to see that I can play it again. I hope that GOG can get the sequel, Comanche Vs. Hokum, to run and integrate with this one the way it used to on Win 98. In the old days, once both programs were installed you had a choice of 4 helos to fly in any mission or campaign.
