Dishonored was a great game. So far it seems DH2 improves upon it in virtually every way except in making The Outsider more of a cryptic supernatural entity like he should've been from the start. The combat is more fleshed out, the Immersive Sim elements also seem to be more developed, and Emily is a much more interesting and developed character than Corvo in the original, though I suspect Corvo himself gets more developed in his own side of this entry. I miss you Samuel!
