Encased scratches my "Fallout/Wasteland" itch. I love such titles and I hope to find more games like this in the future.
Just like the title says, it's a good action RPG game. It's not as complex as Path of Exile in some aspects but instead it has it's own interesting system of "stellar attunement" or however it's called.
