Graphics are good but game play can become boring and mundaine very quickly. Game play is similer to the Sim Cities games. You need Electricity, Water, Gas, Food, People etc. No user manual for the game sucks and considering the game is over $45.00 one would assume there would be a manual available. Dont start playing the game in Sandbox mode like I did. You will only confuse yourself. Start by doing the first few campains to learn the ropes. If you liked the SimCity games you will love this game when you have learned the ropes. Missions start out basic which is good as it helps you learn the basics of the game. All in all a great game
