This whole series is excellent up until the last one. I played through this whole game without any problems. That is impressive considering the huge amount of action and intense graphics. Some guys are complaining about this game. Dont listen.........its a great game and right now only 9 dollars. How can you complain. Get it.
Very interesting game. Great graphics and sound. The combat can be a little difficult due to the tight camera angles you have to abide by. I can recommend this game, and if gotten at the GOG sale price it is a no brainier. I ran this game on Linux via wine\vulcan\dvxk and it looks very nice and runs very smooth. I had no crashes nor any noteworthy bugs.
The game looks good and runs smooth as butter. Before you get the plasma rifle you have tread lightly around the T-800's. Some have said the game is too easy, I disagree. This game is a challenge and no piece of cake. I would recommend the game. I played it on Linux via wine\vulcan\dvxk and it ran and looked great.
I bought the Linux version of this series on Steam, but prefer to own my games if possible. I am running Metro 2033 and Last Light from GOG on Linux via Wine 4.3 with staging. And it runs and sounds fine. The only thing I had to install in Wine was xaudio2_7.dll. So if your running Linux you can still play this series via Wine 64bit virtual drive on Playonlinux. The new games like Anthem, Fallout 76 and other online only games are more trouble than they are worth. Support GOG guys they are an excellent source for hard to find games.
