Hollow Knight: Silksong

Silksong Cons in my opinion

Mana system, in HK you could use it more flexible, you didn't need to get full tank of mana just to heal, you could do it with only a third. Even through in silksong you heal 3 mask at once, you still use all your mana without leaving anything to spells, and to compensate that we have instruments which is consumables. I'm not the biggest fan of it, so it could be only my problem, but i don't like them in general. The fact that you have to additionally farm these just to fight some boss, and then do it several more times just because you lost a lot to them, is just boring. Even through materials drop almost from every enemy, it's still not really enough. So i didn't really wanted to use them so i won't be dependent on them, i did it though sometimes but they haven't got me very far. I want to say that, maybe they should've make healing way faster but still heal just 1 mask, so you'll have your abillities, and made instruments cheaper, so you'll use them more often. And enemies beating you for 2 masks only amplifying mana probelm but anyway. Locations, most of them are great and unique. Liked the style of most of them, but gameplay wise some of them just mind and keyboard blowing. Haunter's March, for a starter location, that amount of traps is just maddening, also local enemies feells a bit too powerfull. Mount Fay isn't really hard, but bench for 90 rosaries is something i wasn't expected from a looking like a nowhere place. Sands of Karak and Bilewater is just a hell hole, espesially Bilewater. All the tricks and traps in there and the fact that you have to come through all of this to beat the boss, it's just disgusting. About benches far from bosses, why couldn't they placed the bench in Blasted steps a bit closer? Or ditch whole parkour section between? Overall, silksong is more or less good sequel, it have some problems and they definitely could fix them if they run tests in more wide variety of gamers, or wasn't that much of a hermits.
