The only thing I can add to the other reviews is my personal opinion that the 'extra' (i.e. non-story critical) content is really not worth the effort. I advise you just play the game through and enjoy it as a linear experience. On another note, the Linux version performed well with one exception: The music in the game would cut out after about 20-30 minutes, forcing a restart of the game. It's possible that this bug has been fixed as I played HLD when it first launched on GOG.
