It's a good game with a lot of variation. My two complaints would be that they push the DLCs you could buy pretty agressively in-game (every menu is full of things you can't select because you own the DLC), and game balance is maintained by a lot of arbitrary hard limits rather than something that feels natural.
Glad to see GOG got it working on modern machines. Well balanced 4X RTS. The worst thing in my opinion is there's no auto-repair in game, and also the audio volume controls don't work (music and game sounds are either on or off)
Would be improved if you could save and reload in a normal way. I presume the developers are trying to curate a particular experience where you can't experiment and go back, but it's not as good as the normal way for me.
