You know what they say about reading a good book every now and then. The same goes for playing Unreal Tournament. Best is to LAN with friends, but otherwise a few minutes against bots will do. Keeps the mind going.
I read it was nice, I'm somewhere in the middle, and I was hooked since the start. It's a great metroidvania, fun art style and characters, the story is pretty original, the gameplay is well balanced even if a bit on the easy side (compared to some other metroidvanias), and the controls are very satisfying. Recommended.
If you like puzzle adventures in general (or Myst specifically), try Quern. It's one of the better games in the genre. Nice distinct world and art style, packed with puzzles, a story that unfolds nicely, many small surprises, and a good soundtrack. Biggest downside is that some specific puzzles are weak in the sense that their clues are too obscured, or that they require too many inventory objects. But overall, it's an experience I can easily recommend.
If you're a real myst fan, this is a must have edition of the original game. And the new Rime age is great to explore.
