The Witcher 3 launch was also very rough, however there's still lots to enjoy! The Good: +Setting and dialogue is incredibly immersive, it really feels like cyberpunk. +Great music and sound effects, the in-game radio deserves tons of praise. +Main story and side quests are quite gripping, there are some very well-written characters in there. +Building your character, even if mostly small perks, is a lot of fun. The Bad: -Gunplay and melee is stuck between Borderlands and Deus Ex. personally, I would have preferred it to be more like DE. Give me a few guns, but make them highly cusomizable. Moreover, make the TTK more realistic. -Driving feels off. It's close to good, but feels wonky right now. I'd suggest giving every vehicle 50 % more road grip, they simply slide out too easily. -Lack of polish. I've seen many different bugs, I can ignore most of them. But, I would rather they were not there. No crashes yet and the game runs fine on my mid-tier rig. -This one is too late, but I would rather have graphics that are more stylized. Instead, CP2077 often aims for realism and falls short. The hair in particular looks really bad. Bottom Line: I'm enjoying my time with CP2077 immensly. It is not perfect, and I'm honestly shocked by some of the reactions the game has gotten. Give it a year and I'm sure the game will be remembered just as fondly as Witcher 3. In the meantime, I recommend the game if you play for the story. If you want an open world to miss around in, I would consider another game.
