I really enjoyed playing this game. I have really missed playing Myst and it's successors, and this took me back in a great way. It goes smoothly from relaxing to eerie and back, from placid exploration to head scratching puzzles. On more than one occasion while playing the game, I was delighted to find that the game kept opening up new areas and ideas. It has a fun story that, true to the best story telling, left me wanting to find out more. I frequently found myself taking my time, looking in every nook and cranny, just savoring the experience and not wanting it to end. I hope that Cyan is able to make more games in this style; for my taste, this is the best way to enjoy my game time.
