Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series

Great Sequel

Gritty Noir Batman is back for a season full of intrigue and hard choices. The writing is better than the first season, feels more visceral. I didn't find any technical issues in this one. The episodes are also longer than before, which leaves room for the various characters to have a better development. One thing that left me with mixed feelings in both seasons is that they focus about 60% on Bruce Wayne rather than Batman. I feel that this may be the reason why these games fail to rank among Telltale's best games. But the way they approached the Joker here is incredibly original, and that's the strongest highlight of this season. I also really liked the last episode very much. Specially the ending.

Batman - The Telltale Series

Gritty Batman Noir

My game didn't crash, as is reported by some reviews in here. But maybe thats because I bought the Shadows Edition that comes with the 2 seasons + the optional "Sin City" filter, so maybe thats why. For the game itself, the classic version does have some issues like framerate drops and out of sync scenes, but nothing brutal. The plot starts kinda slow, but EP 3-5 are pretty good. Even if this first season is not as good as Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead, I thinks its pretty solid. I look forward to playing Enemy Within, as that one got better reviews.
