You've managed to carve out a wonderful CRPG niche for yourselves that has been vacated by the once-great giants: Bioware and Black Isle. If you stay true to who you are, you WILL be successful. That includes creating CRPGs with some bite to them (and that require strategy and skill to complete), while providing a great DRM-free download service. This is what your customers want.
