Very atmospheric and immersive. The best open world city ever created, I think. It feels like you are there. I recommend taking it slow, not fast-travelling, "living" in this world. I play it on on a good PC (with an 2080 Ti) and it looks great and runs smoothly. Haven't encountered any bugs. I could have used more "moody" retro soundtrack music a la Blade Runner... The loud, pumping modern stuff gets tiresome after a while. Still, a great experience.
