This is one of the most engaging and well made games that I have played in a long time. The character dialog, storylines and gameplay keep bringing me back again and again. I actually want to play again from the very beginning and build up new characters just to see what story variations there are, unlike some other games I have played in the past. I wish more games went through the effort to make a quality game like Larian.
Nice dystopian storyline! I was not quite sure what to expect when I first started playing this game but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a side scrolling game that employs easy to learn mechanics as you: - Search the environment for clues - Solve puzzles - Play minigames - neutralize/avoid bad guys There is some lack of polish in the action scenes but its pretty much like any old side scroller fighting game in that regard, all about the timing. I liked the story arc and the way they dropped subtle/not so subtle clues about your character's background and the world around you. It is a quick game to finish and I bought the sequel right away.
